Show Woodrow Writings. The Water Users will meet Saturday night at the Woodrow school house. The bachelors of Woodrow, were entertained to a big feed at the home of George Erickson last Thursday evening. Frank Koch is a smiling visitor visi-tor in Woodrow, this week. We are glad to know that Frank likes us so well that he finds it hard to stay away from Utah. A stork card has been received from Tooele, announcing the birth of a 10 lb. boy to Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Pocock, who are spending spend-ing the winter in that town. Mr. Allison, who has been in charge of the building and decorating deco-rating of the company's new hotel has completed his work and returned to Delta. We miss his genial companionship. The Woodrow Hotel is such a success from the standpoint of both art and comfort that we are sure Mr. Allison will be in demand to build colonial mansions for our farmers in the near future. Mr. and Mrs. Fred Barben en-tertaired en-tertaired a large number of young guests to dinner last Sunday as a surprise to their popular young son, Walter.on the 20th anniversary anniver-sary of his birth. A great feast was prepared the most unique feature of the menue being a 20 layer cake appropriately decorated decorat-ed for the occasion. Much merriment mer-riment prevailed until 11:30 p. m. when the guests retired to their homes with best wishes for Walter's Wal-ter's future health and happiness. happi-ness. Mr. Ephram Loseeand Miss Vera Ve-ra Skelton both of Woodrow, took a pleasant drive to Fillmore, last Tuesday, where a marriage license li-cense was obtained and the happy hap-py couple were united in wedlock. wed-lock. Upon their return home a wedding feast was prepared by the brides parents, Mr. and Mrs. Oron Skelton at their home. Those invited were as follows: JVTr. and Mrs. Fred Barben son and daughters, daugh-ters, Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Remington Reming-ton and family, Layton Osgood, Mrs. Laura Furrer and son, Geo. Bishop and Mrs. Sill. We wish the young couple a long and happy hap-py life The new daughters of Mr. and Mrs. - Elizah Olds of Woodrow, and Mr. and Mrs. Ward Robinson Robin-son of Sutherland, had their feelings feel-ings hurt upon their advent, and gave voice to the following complaint. com-plaint.
