Snow Crest ; Changes Hands ' . Fred G. Wells, of San Jose, Cal., arrived last Sunday and took over ' the management of the Snow- ; crest ranch which he secured ' from Geo. A. Snow recently thru a trade of some California prop- ' erty. Mr. Wells brot with him ' a car of house-hold goods and stock among the latter a fine ' driving horse and a blooded ' Jersey cow. He secures in the trade all the stock and impleinen- . ts which belorgno the ranch and 1 it was well stocked and equipped I and is" in the process of making the most beautiful and best pay- 1 ing ranch in Millard county. Mr-Wells Mr-Wells expects to go into the dairy business to some extent ! and will also devote considerable attention to hogs. He expects Mrs. Wells and their two children here the last of the week and 1 will shortly begin the construction construc-tion of a new house on the place.
