Show Notice to Water Users State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, September 22, 1916. Notice is hereby given that Charles Theobald, et al, whose post office address is Hinckley, Utah, has made application in accordance with the requirements require-ments of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1909, 1911 and 1915, to appropriate one-hundredth one-hundredth (.01) of a cubic-foot of water per second from Lost Spring, Millard County, Utah. Said spring issues in the House Range of the Swasey Mountains, at a point which bears south 60 degrees, 15 minutes west, 88,440 feet from the Town of Joy. The water will be diverted at the spring and piped for a distance of 50 feet, and there used by means of troughs from January 1 to December 31, inclusive, of each year, for stock watering purposes. This application is designated in the State Engineer's Engi-neer's office as No. 6798. All protests against the granting grant-ing of said application, stating the reasons .therefor, must be made by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied by a fee of $2.50, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion com-pletion of the publication of this notice.
