Show Millard Academy Notes The coming event is "Girls Day" with all its mystery and unique pleasures arranged by our ingenious maidens, to be pulled off Friday. April 28. The following follow-ing is a program of events for the day. "Charge of the Light Brigade" 7:0(1 a. m. "A Parody on Jink's Hits" by the Fool Creek Dramatic Club Starring Charles Chaplin 9:30 a- m. "Staff of Life" with music In Millard Avenue Park At 12:00 o'clock "Olympian Games" 3:l!0 p. m. Apple Blos'm Time in Normandy 8:30 p. m. The "M" dance Friday night was a great success, being typical typi-cal of the Academy dances. Every one enjoyed themselves at the wholesome recreation, now and then being refreshed by the ice cream. The Honor men received their rewards with great ceremony and applause. The Salt Lake Opera quintette presented their entertainment to a large, appreciative audience, :n Monday night. Their music was high-class and entertaining, The debatets, who are, Dudley Crofts, Elmo Sprowl, Evan The-nbald, The-nbald, Edgar Moody, Lyle cropper crop-per and, Rich Lyman, received rings. The Basket Ball Team and i iach received svveateres- They ire, C. E. McClellan, coach, A-I A-I in Pearson, Evan Theobald, Heber Bishop, Leon Jackson, Pratt Wright and Frances Stout. |
