Show LEAMINGTON . . Mrs. Leonard Dutson Mrs. Rex Peterson of Scipio spent Memorial Day in Leamington, visiting vis-iting with her parents. M-S Vein Falkner spent a few days with her sister, Mrs. Leonard Dutson. They are from Salt Lake City. M-S Ted Smith of Hinckley and Mrs. Florence Woodbury and Mrs., Rhea Whatcott of Lynndyl were visitors here Wednesday. M-S Bill Louis of Pleasant Grove spent Wednesday here decorating her father's grave. M-S Welby Lovell are the proud parents of a lovely 7 pound baby girl born to them May 30. She is in the Provo Hospital. M-S Leonard Dutson have recently recent-ly moved into their new home. M-S Fred Finlinson and children of Salt Lake City spent Decoration Day and the rest of the week with his parents, M-S Joseph Finlinson. The Daughters of Utah Pioneers enjoyed a social Friday evening honoring Brigham Young's birthday. birth-day. Invocation was given by William Bradfield; a brief history of the life of Brigham Young was given by Joseph T. Finlinson; an organ solo by Wilma Lovell; giggles and sayings of the early pioneers by Gladys Over-son. Games were in charge of Eva Bradfield, Maude Johnson and Wanda Nielson. After refreshments bad been served the guests enjoys ed looking at the relics in the relic room of the church building. Mrs. May Overson and son, Parley, Par-ley, have gone to Los Angeles, where they will spend a few weeks with her daughter Louise and family. fam-ily. M-S Wells Nielson attended the funeral of Mrs. Nielson's cousin, Mrs. Will Coleman in Mapleton on last Thursday. |
