Show Home Ceremny Unites Wright-Theobald Miss Shirley Wright daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Walter E. Wright and Milton Verrue Theobald MoMM 2c U. S. N. R., son of Mr. and Mrs. Carl G. Theobald took their vows in a double ring ceremony at the home of her parents Monday evening, June 4. The ceremony was-performed was-performed by President Harold R. Morris. The bride was beautifully dressed dress-ed in white satin entrain. The finger-tip veil of the bride fell from a coronet of pearls. She carried a colonial bouquet of white peonies, centered with pink Talisman rose buds. Also dressed in Navy suit was little Wally Ray, a brother of the bride, who was the train bearer. bear-er. The processional music was played by Mrs. Evva Dean Moody. The attendant was Matron of Honor, Hon-or, Mrs. Faye Tomer; The bridesmaids brides-maids Olive Moody, Joyce Kelly, Bonnie Maxfield, Virginia Mc Ma-hon. Ma-hon. Paul Theobald, brother of the bride groom was best man. The bride groom just returned from 19 months service in the South Pacific. The rooms were beautifully decorated dec-orated with cut flowers. The couple cou-ple together cut a three tiered wedding cake that was topped with a minature bride and sailor. It was served to about 50 immediate immedi-ate relatives who witnessed the ceremony. Both bride and groom are former graduates of the Delta high school and attended the B. A C. at Cedar City. She was affiliated with Phi Alpha Beta soroity and he was a member of the Sigma Kappa Rho fraternity and was prominent in athletics. The going-away outfit of the bride was a rose coral suit with white accessories. The newly weds hurrying through a shower of rice left for the canyons of southern Utah to spend iheir honeymoon. Upon their return they will be entertained en-tertained before leaving for San Diego where Mr. Theobald has to report for further duty. |
