Show HINCKLEY . . . Sfebrina Ekins Wednesday afternoon Mrs. Clo Hilton entertained at a borthday party for her daughter Margene. Twenty persons enjoyed games and refreshments. The Sea Scouts and their partners part-ners entertained at a partv Saturday Satur-day evening at the Shurtliff home. Tho party was in honor of Edward Woodbury who is here on leave. M-S Juel Moody, who have been living in Spanish Fork this wnter, have moved back to their home here. M-S George Stewart and M-S J. Avery Bishop spent Saturday and Sunday in Cedar Citv, visiting their children who live there. M-S Don Webb and daughter of Wyoming spent two days here visiting vis-iting their parents, M-S William Webb. Mrs. Nephi Stewart spent Saturday Satur-day and Sunday in Hatton visiting with her sister. M-S Fay Theobald are in Salt Lake City for medical treatment. Miss Morodean Petersen spent last week visiting in Salt Lake and Provo. Miss Del ma Jean Webb spent the week in Salt Lake. Mrs. Betty Swensen returned to her home Monday after spending several days in Salt Lake. M-S Buhanan of California are visiting here with Mrs. Buhanan's parents. M-S Wallace Woodbury. Mrs. Jane Pratt and Grace Pratt of Salt Lake were in Hincklev on Thursday. Mrs. Pratt is going back to California witth her son Paul. Verdell Bishop and Joe Buchanan went to Salt Lake for the basketball basket-ball tournament. Miss Glenda Cropper and Mrs. Lula Cropper spent from Sunday to Wednesday in Salt Lake City. Lt. Boyd Hilton spent several days of this week in Salt Lake and Og-den, Og-den, and American Fork visiting his sister. Stake President Harold R. Morris Mor-ris is down with a bad case of the flu. He was improving on Wednesday. Wednes-day. Mrs. Lorin Talbot came home from the Delta hospital this week with her daughter born March 9. Both mother and daughter are doing do-ing nicely. M-S Ben Eobison spent the week end in Salt Lake. Gordon Bishop, who recently reported re-ported for his physical was deferred defer-red for farm work. Mrs. Mae Barton is home now after visiting in Ferron for several weeks with her parents. Mrs. Joe Buchanan visited a week in Richfield with her parents. She returned Sunday. Lafe Nielson came home from Tooele on Tuesday to operate his farm. He has been working at Tod Park since Christmas. L. L. Van Horn has beea quite ill with flu for this past week. . His children were called home by Mrs. Van Horn. He is improving now. |
