Show Hinckley Sends Committee To Salt Lake Meet Chairman of Hinckley's Beautifi-cation Beautifi-cation Committee, Sebrina Ekins, received a letter from J. B. Corlos, manager of the State Beautifica-tion Beautifica-tion Division of the Centennial Commission of the State of Utah ' in Salt Lake City, this week asking ask-ing her to give a talk at the Beau-tification Beau-tification Convention to be held at the Newhouse Hotel on Saturday, November 16. Five hundred beau-tification beau-tification delegates from all counties coun-ties in the state will be in attendance. attend-ance. Quoting from the letter, "In view of your outstanding accomplishments accomp-lishments in Hinckley in the Beau-tification Beau-tification Program, Chairman, John D. Rice of the State Clean-up, Fix-up, Fix-up, Paint-up committe, has asked me to invite you to appear on the committee's program in the afternoon after-noon session. Chairman Rice felt that a fitting climax to the afternoon's after-noon's program should be several reports from local committee chairmen, chair-men, who have made the greatest accomplishments throughout the state, in the Beautification Program. Pro-gram. Other committies asked to give reports are Pleasant Grove, Salina, and St. George. All members of the Hinckley Beautification Committee plan to attend the convention in Salt Lake this Saturday. The members are: Sebrina Ekins, chairman, Hugh Hilton, Hil-ton, Gladys Carter, Harriet Spend-love, Spend-love, Walter Ekins and Eugene Morris. |
