Show Notice to Water Users The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to appropriate water in Juab County, Coun-ty, State of Utah, throughout the entire year, unless otherwise designated, de-signated, all locations being from SLB&M: 15134 Nels L. Petersen and Albert Al-bert E. Eeid, Delta, Ut.; 3 sec. ft. for miscellaneous purposes from Baker Hot Spring Area, tributary to Old Sevier River at a point N. 67 30' W. 13,400 ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 19, T. 14 S., R. 7 W. and conveyed con-veyed by means of an open ditch and wood flumes a distance of 1,000 ft. where it will be used for heating cabins and for bathing purposes. pur-poses. 0.2 sec. ft. of water will be consumed and 2.8 sec. ft. of water will be returned to the natural source at a point W. 7,920 ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 19 T. 14 S., R. 7 W. 15275 Hoitt Moss, Levan, Ut.; 0.25 sec. ft. for irrigation from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 and for year-round incidental domestic and stock-watering stock-watering purposes from a 4-in. well 47 ft. deep, inside a 20-ft. well 12 ft. deep at a point S. 720 ft. and E. 3030 ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 3, T. 15 S R. 1 W. The water will be commingled and conveyed 6,256 ft. by means of a 6-in. pipe line and used to irrigate 120 acres of land ?mbraced within the NEVi and 3VV", Sec. 9, T. 15 S., R. 1 W. 15364 Edwin A.
