Show HINCKLEY HOLIDAY PARTIES HINCKLEY ART CLUB The Hinckley Art club held a club party Friday night at the home of Hugh Hilton. Guests and members were, Mr. and Mrs. A. H. Reeve, Mr. and Mrs. Ray Bishop, Mr. and Mrs. Roy Hilton, Mr. and Mrs. Parley Warnick, Mr. and Mrs. George Stewart, Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Cahoon, Mr. and Mrs. Carl Theobald Mr. and Mrs. Bryant Moody and Mrs. Nora Bishop. Dinner was en-' en-' joyed by the group and the evening eve-ning spent playing six handed rook. HINCKLEY LITERARY CLUB The Hinckley Literary club held their annual holiday dinner last Thursday evening at the Southern Holel. Chairman Alma Petersen introduced in-troduced the toastmaster of the evening Lt. Ward Spendlove. After the dinner the group went to the home of Mr. and Mrs. Homer Petersen, Peter-sen, where the remainder of the evening was spent playing rook. Those who attended were, Mr. and Mrs. Homer Petersen, Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Robins, Mr. and Mrs. Blaine Robinson, Mr. and Mrs. Ben Robison, Mr. and Mrs. Blaine Spendlove, Lt. and Mrs. Ward Spendlove, Mr. and Mrs. Eldon Jensen, Jen-sen, Mr. and Mrs. Lowell Bennett, M. . and Mrs. Cleo Bishop and Mr. I and Mrs. Lafe Nielson. NEW YEARS EVE PARTY A group were invited to the home of the Lowell Bennetts for refreshments refresh-ments before the New Years Eve dance. Later the same group attended at-tended the dance in Delta. After the dance they went to the Melvin Robins home for a waffle breakfast. break-fast. The ones in the group were, Mr. and Mrs. Blaine Robinson, Mr. and Mrs. Dana Pratt, Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Robins, Mr. and Mrs. Lowell Low-ell Bennett, Mr. and Mrs. Ben Robison, Rob-ison, Mr. and Mrs. Harold R. Morris, Mor-ris, Mr. and Mrs. Richard Shurtliff, Mr. and Mrs. Cleo Bishop, Mr. and Mrs. Verdell Bishop, Miss Anita Hiiatt and Mr. Wendell Shurtliff. FRIENDLY NEIGHBORS CLUB The Friendly Neighbors Club held their holiday party at the A. L. Ekins home on last Thursday evening. eve-ning. The evening was spent playing play-ing games and then refreshments were served to Mr .and Mrs. Chas. Stratton, Mr. and Mrs. Parley War-nick, War-nick, Mr. and Mrs. A. L. Ekins, Mrs. Mary Bishop, Mrs. Emma Spendlove Spend-love and Mrs. Jane Pratt. ENTERTAINS AT PARTY Mr. and Mrs. Waller Ekins entertained en-tertained at a holiday party at their home last Thursday evening. Dinner was served to twenty guests and the evening was spent playing rook. High score prizes were won by Mrs. Hon Cropper and Mrs. Lowell Low-ell Peterson. |
