Show LYLA HAE TALBOT Mr. and Mrs. Grant Robinson, Mr. and Mrs. Lynn Talbot and son .Michael spent two days in Salt Lake City last week. Mr. and Mrs. Hugh Hilton and daughter, Margene, spent Thursday Thurs-day in Salt Lake City. Dale Bishop was recently released re-leased from the navy. He returned home and visited with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Don A. Bishop, then went on into Wasington where his wife and children live. Rook Club was held at Ruth Robinson's home last week. Guests were Margaret Jensen, Sebrina Ekins, Roma Ekins, Reva Talbot, Ivy Allred, Beulah Black, Erma Cropper, Members present were Thora Petersen, Bertha Love, An-gie An-gie Pratt, Helen Shurtliff, LoisWil sonMay Cropper, Belva Morris, Ni- na Mecbam, Manon Robison, Dol-pha Dol-pha Bishop, Ruth Talbot, Vie Robinson, Rob-inson, Beryl Hardy, and Verna Anderson. An-derson. First prize was won by Nina Mecham, second by Beryl Hardy, Roma Ekins took guest prize and traveling prize and Hele Shurtliff took consolation. The Hinckley troop held a Court of Review Tuesday night. Duane Christensen, field representative from Cedar City, took charge and complimented the Hinckley troop on the accomplishments they had made in the past year. Scout master Sheldon Western was given high honors 'for the accomplishments ac-complishments he had made with the. boys the past year. |
