Show MRS. ARPRILLA SCOW Mr. and Mrs. James Sampson Jnd daughter, Sheila, were visitors in Salt Lake City a couple of days last week. Mr. and Mrs. Robert Webb spent Wednesday in Provo. Mr. and Mrs. George Christensen and George Jr. from San Francisco visited with Mr. and Mrs. Doyle Mace. The Deseret Rook Club met at the home of Delores Ogden on Wednesday evening. A very lovely lunch was served after which One High Rook was played. Those pres ent were Lucille Sampson, Bessie Webb, Beth Moody, Evah Conk, Arprilla Scow, Nora Cropper, Marilyn Mari-lyn Black and Delores Ogden. Mr. and Mrs. Max Eliason and children from Cedar City visited Thursday with Max's parents, Mr. and Mrs. E. J. Eliason. - Mrs. Ruth Dewsnup and' son, Elder El-der Richard Dewsnup spent a few days in Salt Lake City and Provo. Richard is attending school at the BYU. Mrs. Melvin Warner and children are visiting in Ogden with her parents par-ents Mr. and Mrs. Welling Zundle. Anna Lou Dewsnup, daughter of J. Harmon Dewsnup, left Friday for Provo where she will attend the BYU this winter. Mr. and Mrs. F. M. Western and son, Wayne, spent Sunday at Tooele, Too-ele, Utah, visiting with their son, Grant, who is employed at TOD Park. Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Taylor and sons from Modena, Utah, and Mr. and Mrs. Dave Moffitt and children child-ren from Salt Lake City and Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Lee and son from Salt Lake City visited ' over the weekend with Mr. and Mrs. J. M. Webb. Mr. and Mrs. William B. Mace and children from Fillmore visited Saturday with Mrs Mace's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Dewsnup. Mr. and Mrs. Alma Jennings, Mr. Dearden Jennings and Miss Marilyn Mari-lyn Henrie from Ogden, Utah, visited vis-ited Sunday at the home of Mr. and Mrs.. Cecil Warner. Mr. and Mrs. Vivian Dearden, Mr. and Mrs. Lee Dearden, Mr. and Mrs. James Dearden, all from Garrison, Gar-rison, Utah, visited Friday and Saturday Sat-urday with Mr. and Mrs. Cecil Warner. Mr. and Mrs. Deloyd Holman and family from Salt Lake City spent Sunday visiting with Mr. and Mrs. Bill Crafts. Mrs. Eva Cheel from Claifornia is spending a few days at Deseret visiting with friends and relatives. Sheldon Christensen, son of Mr. and Mrs. Earl Christensen, who is attending college at Snow college, visited over the weekend with his parents. Mrs. Ellen Cropper, Keva Cropper Crop-per and Mr. and Mrs. Maurice Dor-ton Dor-ton from Salt Lake City were in Deseret over the weekend visiting with relatives. Mr. and Mrs. Garth Bishop and children from Salt Lake City visited visit-ed with Mr. and Mrs. T. B. Allred. Ray Moody from Salt Lake City returned to Salt Lake Moday after spending several days here taking care of his farming interests. |
