Show Lynndyl BY MARY JOHNSON Mr. and Mrs. Nephi Schwab of Lund, Nevada, were her over the weekend with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Louis Overson. Eugene Overson was also home. He is attending at-tending the BAC. , Mr. and Mrs. Mac Thompson and children of Milford visited here Saturday and Sunday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Louis Thompson. Lou is improving each day and hopes to be back to work before too long now. Mr and Mrs. J. A .Banks received receiv-ed word from their daughter, Gladys Gla-dys who is serving a mission in Texas, that she had met Mr. and Mrs Homer Christensen and had a good visit with them. Mr. Christensen Christ-ensen is counncilor of the mission president. Miss Colleen Nielson spent the weekend home with her parents, Mr and Mrs. Roy Nielson. John Whatcott returned to Provo to school Monday. Miss Connie Johnson, who is enrolled en-rolled at the BAC was home oyer the weekend. Sunday Mr. and Mrs. Lile Johnson took her 'back to the school in Cedar City. They also visited Mr. and Mrs. Royal Terry. Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Abegglen were Nephi visitors Monday. Last Wednesday evening in the spacious back yard garden and natio ol the Clede Nielson home, Mrs Clede Nielson and Mrs. Mary Johnson entertained members of the Deseret and Oasis Garden clubs There were twenty-three ladles la-dles present. Hamburgers were cooked on the fire place and starved star-ved with all the trimmings. After lunch pictures were shown and visiting enjoyed. Elder Hepworth of Hinckley was the speaker in Sacrament meeting Sunday evening. Most oi the townspeople enjoyed enjoy-ed the very fine celedration at Delta Saturday. |
