Show NOTICE fd WATER USERS' The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to appropriate water in Millard County, State of Utah, throughout the entire year, unless otherwise designated, all locations being from SLB & M. 23196 - W. E. Black 'and Francis B. Chesley, Delta, Utah. 40 ac.-ft. for irrigation use from an Unnamed Channel, tributary to Unnamed Riv er Bed to Great Salt Lake at a point N. 1449 ft. and W. 1933 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 35, T15S, R7W. which is the center of- an impounding im-pounding dam to be constructed to a height of 8 ft. The reservoir will have a capacity of 40 ac.-ft. and will inundate 35 acres of land embraced in EV4 Sec. 35,T15S,RTW. The water will be stored from Oct. 1 to Mar. 1, and used from Mar. 1 to Oct. 1 to irrigate 200 acres of land embraced in Sec. 35, and W1; Sec. 36, T15S, R7W. 23500 - United States of America, Bureau of Land Management, P. O. Box 659, Salt Lake City, Ut. 12 ac.-ft. for stock-watering use from snow 'and rain runoff impounded in a dry wash at a point N. 620' E. 571 ft. from WVi Cor. Sec. 19, T23S, R12W. 4 ac.-ft. of water will be impounded behind an earthen dam 5 ft. high and 700 ft long. It is intended to fill and empty the reservoir more than once during each season. The area inundated will consist of 2 acres of land embraced em-braced in SWtfNWtt Sec. 19, T23S, R12W. The water is to be used during dur-ing the entire year for the watering water-ing of 2750 sheep. 23533 - L. F.' Gordon, Delta, Ut. 5 sec.-ft. for irrigation use from an 8-in. well bet. 100 and 600 ft. deep at a point S. 1270 ft. and W. 100 ft from NVi Cor. Sec. 22, T17S, R8W. The water is to be used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 to irrigate 120 acres of land embraced in NWVl Sec. 22, T17S, R8W, and for year-round year-round stock-watering purposes. 23582 - Eugene N. Davie, Milford, Ut. 10 sec.-ft. for irrigation use from two 20-in. wells bet. 50 and 450 ft. deep at points as follows: Well No. 1 - N. 50 ft. and E. 50 ft. from SW Cor.; Well No. 2 - N. '50 ft and E. 50 ft. from WVi Cor. -both in Sec. 32, T18S, R19W. The water is to be used from Mar. 1 to Nov. 1 to irrigate 640 acres of land embraced in Sec. 32, T18S, R19W, and for year-round incidental incid-ental stock watering purposes. 23583 - Eugene N. Davie, Milford, Utah, 10 sec.-ft. for irrigation use from two 20-in. wells bet. 50 and 450 ft. deep at points as follows: Well No. 1 - N. 50 ft. and W. 50 ft. from SE Cor. ; Well No. 2 - N. 50 ft. and,W: 50 ft. from EVi Cor. -both from Sec. 16, T23S, R19W. The water is to be used from Mar. 1 to Nov. 1 to irrigate 440 acres of land embraced in E and NW!4 Sec. 16, T23S, R19W, and for year-round year-round incidental stock-watering purposes. 23584 - Phill C. Nielson, Lynndyl, Ut. 3 sec.-ft. for irrigation use from a, 16-in. well 351 ft. deep at a point S. 321 ft. and W. 877 ft. from E Cor. Sec. 17, T15S, R4W. The water is to be used from Mar. 15 to Oct. 5 to irrigate 150 acres of land embraced in NW?4, NSW54, Sec. 16, NWSE Sec. 17, T15S, R4W, and for year-round stock-watering purposes. All protests resisting the granting grant-ing of any of the foregoing applications appli-cations with reasons therefor, must be made in affidavit form with extra copy and filed with the State Engineer, 403 State Capitol,- Salt Lake City 1, Utah, on or before May 17, 1952.
