The University is very happy to extend congratulations to the students alumni and friends of I the institution at the opening of Ithe I the new Union building which is isto isto isto to take place November 25 1931 It is a remarkable achievement to have completed within the past six years a building costing approximately approximately approximately ap ap- ap- ap proximately which is not only a credit to the University but would be a credit to any institution institution institution tion in this country And it is still more remarkable when you realize that this building has been erected by contribution and not notI I state appropriation The struggle has been a long and difficult one and the end is not yet but the end is in iri in sight and it is only appropriate that the University extend to the alumni the students and the friends of the institution sincere thanks and gratitude for the work achieved u
