That Union Building Fountain I. I It appears that student opinion on the campus favors the immediate installation of a a soda fountain in the Union Building No matter what precautions are urged a certain amount of money will be spent by students for fountain refreshments In the absence of the completed structure with the various club room facilities that will later be available the fountain would provide some opportunity for fraternizing On nights when dances are scheduled the fountain would be in great demand Sponsors of dances usually include re refreshments refreshments refreshments re- re of some sort as a part of the evenings evening's enjoyment It would surely be helpful if the revenue could be directed to a student-controlled student institution Would not the income of the fountain help in defraying expenses of Union Building maintenance and operation Do not the advantages of the proposed installation of the Union Building fountain outweigh the disadvantages a aare if there are any
