Show Oasis Mrs La Veda Bishop Mr. and Mrs. Arlyn Styler and family from Bountiful visited their parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. Val Stylet last week end. While here they attended the stockshow. Mastei Brent remained, to visit with his grandparents for a while. Last Wednesday Clark Bishop made a trip to Cedar City to bring back the household belongings of Mr and Mrs. Carlos Bishop who are moving into their home in iHinckkley, after spending the win ter at the BAC. , ., J. Mrs Lillian Roundy and cmuiieu Erma and Paul returned to their home last Saturday after spending a week in California. They came with Mr. and Mrs. Bob Thatcher who went on to their home m Pro vo Mr ' and Mrs. Moine Bond and family from Salt Lake City arrived in Oasis last Saturday. Mr. and Mrs. Bond left their children with the Nichols family, and they went on down to Boulder City, and back thru the canyons. They came back to Oasis for Memorial Day, and picked up their children. . Mr and Mrs. Alfred Johnson from Lynnwood Cal.,. and their UHron and Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Johnson from Salt Lake City spent Memorial Day in Oasis . They visited vis-ited with Alf's brothers Gus and Exel Johnson. Mr. and Mrs. Grant Petersen, Mrs Alverta Stanworth and Mrs. Ora Lovell went to Provo Wednesday Wednes-day to attend the funeral of their uncle, Mrs. Charles Maw. Mrs Pearl Anderson and her chil dren, Mr. and Mrs. Theron Anderson Ander-son and family, Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Bremmer, and Mr. and Arthur Dun ford spent Tuesday in Oasis visiting visit-ing at the. home of Mrs. A. P. Anderson. And-erson. , Also visiting at the Anderson home over the holiday was Mr. and Mrs. David Robinson of Long Beach, Cal. Mr and Mrs. Ervin Skeem went to Salt Lake City last Tuesday, where Ervin was to enter the hospital hos-pital for an operation. Mr. and Mrs. Roy Clark from Provo visited the cemetery in Oasis on Memorial Day. They also visited visit-ed at the home of Bishop and Mrs Peter Peterson. Little Miss Gloria Day returned to her home Sunday after spending spend-ing a week in Spanish Fork a guest of Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Nuz- I man. M.r and Mrs. Nelson and Miss Merly and Miss Laura Hansen of Salt Lake City, spent Memorial Day in Oasis. |
