The calendar year 1948 was the first full year since 1942 in which sugar was neither under price control con-trol nor distributed in the United States under the point rationing system. Bennett announce an-nounce he birth of a grandchild, the baby girl born March 3 to Mr. and Mrs. LaVoy Brunson in the Fillmore hospital. ,Mr. and Mrs. Lafe Nielson and their mother, Mrs. Emma Nielson, visited in Salt Lake City from Thursday to Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Walter Speelman, of Terreton, Idaho, were Delta visitors this week. |
