Show ! HINCKLEY I Harriett Spendlove Mr. Heber Bishop returned to his home Wednesday, coming from the Veterans' hospital after an appendectomy. ap-pendectomy. Mr. and Mrs. Ladd Cropoer spent Friday and Saturday in Salt Lake City. They attended "Show Boat" at the U. of U. stadium. Mr. and Mrs. Rodney Rickenbach and Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Reeve, of Fillmore, spent July 24th in Hinckley. Hin-ckley. Mr. and Mrs. Reeve recently recent-ly returned from a trip to Zion, Bryce and Grand Canyons. Helen Bishop, who is employed in San Diego, spent a week here with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Heber Heb-er Bishop. She left last Monday to go back to work. Mr. and Mrs. Marlow Nielson, and family, spent the weekend with Mr. and Mrs. Lafe Nielson. The two families went to Puffer Lake for the 24th. Mrs. Manon Robison entertained the Rook Club at her home in Sutherland last Thursday. Members present included: Angie Pratt, Val-eda Val-eda Hilton, Bertha Love, Roma Ek-ins, Ek-ins, Belva Morris, Lois Wilson, Helen Hel-en Shurtliff, Nina Mecham, Dot Bishop, Julia Bliss and Ruth Talbot. Tal-bot. The special guests included; Sebrina Ekins, Maurine Anderson, Delia Jackson, Nelda Jackson, Tan-etta Tan-etta Sorenson, Hazel Walker, Virginia Vir-ginia Lyman and Mrs. Grant Bishop. Bish-op. ' Mr. and Mrs. Frank Robison and family, from Salt Lake City, spent the 24th of July in Hinckley. Mr. and Mrs. J. Leslie Wright and family, of Provo, were visitors at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Ed. Wright in Hinckley .over the weekend. I Mr. and Mrs. Willard Anderson and Mr. and Mrs. Carl Swensen of Salt Lake City, spent the weekend with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Randle Swensen. i Mr. and Mrs. Anderson recently returned from a trip to California. Melba Jean Swensen accompanied ithem and has been at their home j in Salt Lake City for the past week. She has now returned to her home I in Hinckley. Mr. and Mrs. Carl Workman had las their guests last week, Mrs. Workman's father and mother and her brothers, Jess and Bob and families. ! Charol Workman, of Hurricane, is visiting with Elma Kay Workman. Work-man. Jack Larson spent the 24th and Sunday with his family in Hinckley. Hinck-ley. I Harriet Spendlove and son, Ted, lis with her mother in Smithfield for I a visit. I Mrs. Arthur Reeve has been to Sigard with her daughter, Marilyn, who has a new baby. This is two grandchildren for the Reeves in the last while. The other was a son born to Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Blake. Mrs. Blake is the former Cherrel Reeve. Mr. and Mrs. Oren Bliss and sons, Roger and Dale, went to Salt Lake City, to the Gene Autry Rodeo. Dee Wright spent the 24th at home in Hinckley, with his parents. par-ents. Mark Reeve, his wife and her parents, were visiting relatives and friends here over the weekend. Roe Buhannan has had his father fath-er mother and brother visiting him this past week. Verue Theobald and family, vis- ited with their parents at Hinckley Hinck-ley and Delta. Carl Walker was here for the 24th, having a good time, visiting old school chums. Almon Robison, Arthur Spendlove and Helen Bishop were also here for the 24th. Marlowe Nielson was a Hinckley visitor over the weekend, and attended at-tended the program Sunday night given by Hinckley choir in Delta, at the Second ward. His mother, Mrs. Emma Nielson, returned to Salt Lake City with him for a visit of a month. I Miss Joy Mcintosh, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. D. H.
