Mrs. Warnick's mother Mrs Leona Daly, returned to Delta with them, alter a visit in American Fork and Panguitch. Dr. and Mrs. R. P. Adams left uelta oaliuday morning, on a vacation va-cation trip, and drove to Lake Louise, Canada. They expect to be gone about two weeks. Anna Flahive is enjoying .a visit from her daughter, Mrs. J?.ul-r, who came from California, fane will stay about two weeks. Mr. and Mrs. Lamont Works and sor-j Fred, have returned home from a Lshing trip to Koosharem reservoir, reser-voir, and return by Clear Lake. I John Sims of Gandy was a visitor visit-or to Delta Monday, purchasing supplies. Darlene McCullough and Lila Mae Sampson spent the 24th in Heaver, witft Miss Sampson's sister, sis-ter, Mrs. Don Webb. The two girls leiained home on the 26th. Dr. and Mrs. L. C. Johnson and children, from Tampico, Illinois, visited Lilac and Earl Holman and family, last week. Mrs. Johnson is u .sie.1 to Mrs. Holman. Mrs. Therese Gallivan, from Long Beach, California, visited the Earl liolmJn's last week. Mr. and Mrs. R. D. Logie visited Earl "aiiLi Wallace Holman and families fam-ilies last week. Mrs.. Logie is a s.sier to Earl and Wallace. X. V. Maloney, and daughter, Miss Alice Merle Maloney, from Provo, were Delta visitors Saturday Satur-day calling on friends here. Miss Maloney will teach physical education educa-tion and dancing at Millard high school this school year, and they had been in Fillmore to arrange for her living quarters. Mrs. lone Dalley left Salt Lake City Sunday morning by plane, for ban rrancisco, where she will visit with her mother, Mrs. . Mabel Wenth, and sister, Mrs. Alberta Poulson. , Mr. and Mrs. Merlin Christensen and family are spending this week in southern Utah, visiting and sightseeing, and fishing, Merlin hops, at Panguitch lake, Cedar mountain and Navajo lake. Mrs. Rose Nickle, fronv Long Beach, California, is making a visit in Delta at the home of her son, L. N. Nickle. Mrs. Q. A. Hare, a Deltan of several sev-eral years ago, and small daughter, daugh-ter, visited in Delta Saturday and Sunday. They returned to Ogden, and went on to Texas, where they will join Mr. Hare and make their home. Mr. and Mrs. Ray England, from Tooele, visited in Delta last week with Mr. and Mrs. Jack Daly, on their way to Panguitch. Mrs. England Eng-land will visit her mother, Mrs. Worthing, there, and Mr. England will fish on Panguitch lake. Mr. and Mrs. Delbert Crapo sold their home in Delta last week, and are making their home in Fillmore, where Mr. Crapo has purchased a chicken ranch. |
