Tho father of tho llttlo I illd Is fulfilling a mission in tho u southern states. Funeral services over tho remains were held in First ward chapel, Tuesday at 10 o'clock. Choir sang "Thou Art Gone; Invocation, Invoca-tion, Ilobert Egbert; choir, "I Need iTheo Every Hour." James Ander son. Horaco Cutler, Bishop A. L. Hyer and lllshop T. S. Karren were the speakers. Mr. and Mrs. IUley Lewis, Sr., entertained en-tertained with a family dlnnor Sunday Sun-day in honor of their son, Merle, of Star valley, who was drafted Into tho U. S. service. Tho First ward Hcllof Society gave a party Tuesday afternoon in honor of tho retiring officers, Mrs. Ellen Hyer, Mrs. Cora Hawllns and Mrs. Valeria Taggart. Refreshments wero servod. Mrs. Maud Stocks entertained the Ladles Art and Literary club Friday afternoon. Parent co-operation with tho teachers was discussed. Mr. George Villett has been appointed ap-pointed chief engineer at the Lewis-ton Lewis-ton sugar factory.
