Tho water will bo diverted at tho spring and conveyed con-veyed by means of a pipe lino for a dlstonco of 500 feet and thoro used from April 1 to September 30, inclusive, in-clusive, of each year, to irrigate 140 acres of land embraced In tho east half of Section 34, and In the west half of Section 35, township and rango aforesaid. This application Is designated in tho state engineer's office as No. 7008.
