Show Court Order. In the District Court of the First Judicial District of the State of Utah, In and for the County of Cache. Order making and adopting rules of court. It Is hereby ordered that the following follow-ing rules of court to be applicable In each county of the First Judical District Dis-trict or the State of Utah, be and the same are hcieby made and adopted, to wit: RULE 1 Cases stricken horn the tiial calendar. calen-dar. Every case and proceeding, (except criminal actions and probate matters) In which Issue has been or sliall be Joined on'qucstlons of fact and which has been or shall be upon the calendar calen-dar for two successive terms and passed pas-sed without trial, shall be stricken from the calendar, but any such case or proceeding may be reinstated, upon motion pursuant to notice, and for good cause shown. RULE 2. Requests for Instructions to the Jury, All requests for Instructions to the Jury shall be In writing and the requests re-quests of each party shall be numbcicd consecutively; each request must be upon a separate sheet of paper at the top of which there sliall bo an unwritten un-written margin of about two Inches. Requests for Instructions desired In criminal cases must be presented to the Judge before the arguments to the Jury arc begun; In civil cases the requests re-quests must bo presented before the Introduction of evidence in behalf of defendant; provided that requests concerning matters not known to counsel making such requests until after the defendant begins to introduce intro-duce evidence, may bo presented as soon as practicable after such matters become known to counsel, but before or at the close of the evidence In the case. At tho time of presenting any icquestii copy of the same shall be furnished to opposing counsel. rule:i. Failure to pay Jury fee deemed a waiver of Jury Trial. When a demand Is made for a Jury trial in In civil causes, a failure to deposit de-posit the Jury fee required by law at the time of making such demand shall be deemed a waiver of the right to a Jury trial.
