The recent V weather delayed activity a little and J tho piomoteis aie now making up for J lost time. The building on First J West sticet designed for a stage for J vaudeville vvoik Is now ready for the J scenery, and Is spacious enough for J thoiough convenience. Dressing I rooms are provided and the whole is I arranged on the plan of a lulnlatuie I theatre. In front or this building for I . a distance of fifty or sixty feet tho f ground has been scalped at a slant and I this will be lllled with chairs, the ie- J served scat portion of the audltoi ium J Around this will be a railing, and I aisles will be plentiful enough to make I seating a convenience. At the rear I of tlio icserved seats, "bleacheis" will J be built for those who do not caic to I be closer to the stage. Tills will bo BBBJ on tlio plan of the big circus bleachers.
