Gunnell were charged with fornication, the former being convicted convict-ed and the latter released for lack of evidence. Vaughan was fined 25 and costs, all of which amounts to $02.00. Thu case was tried before a jury composed com-posed of Robert M unlock, T. II. Cutler, Cut-ler, W. E. Hyde and L. C. Farr, who had the matter submitted to them I Friday evening. There was a hitch as to an agreement, and a verdict was not announced until Saturday morning morn-ing at 10 o'clock.
