The disease Ib not Infectious in the ordinary ordi-nary sense of the word. It Is raging In South Kavlrondo and along the Nyanza, where In tho villages GO to 76 per cent of the people suffer from it. It exhibits no disposition to spread i'ar from the shores of the lake.
