Evidently tho birds had lost their way, and, exhausted by their long flight, tho wanderers lighted on the ship undeterred by tho presence of tho crow. At one time sixty of tho feathered guests were counted on various va-rious parts of tho ship. Owls, cranes, hummingbirds and other non-marine species wero noticed during tho time. |
