U Nutt and associates had secured con trol of the Tellurldo Power company, presumably for the James Campbell Interests of St. Louis stockholders In the company havo recolved a communication commu-nication from the selling Interests an nounclng that they havo made a sala of their stock and bonds and offer, lng other stockholders In tho com pany tho same privileges, The letter let-ter says: "Wo havo sold to Mr. J. II. Nutt our entire holdings ot stock and bond In the Tellurlde Power company, receiving re-ceiving for tho stock 25 centa per sharo and for the bonds par and accrued ac-crued Interest. Our stock has been paid for and our bonds are to be paid for on or before Oct. 1, next, with accrued Interest to date of pay. nient. "A condition of our sale to Mr. Nutt was that ever other stockholder and bond holder of tho Tellurlde Power company should havo nn opportunity to sell their stock and bonds at tho Bamo prlco received by us. Mr. Nutt agreed to the above conditions and will purchase and pay for all stock that shall be forwarded to the Citizens' Citi-zens' Savings & Trust company on or before Sept. 1, next, and will pay par and accrued Interest to date of payment on or boforo Oct. 1, 1912, for all bonds that shall be deposltod with tho Cltlzons' Savings & Trust company on or before Sept. 1, 1912.
