As president of the school board he has over been desirous of going to the bottom ot every question that has come belorc the board and disposing ot It In tho best possible way. From the class of teachers now engaged by the city it can bo seen that he Is interested in-terested In obtaining a competent and efficient teaching force and from tho present school building now going on he certainly wants to see tho children well housed and located In comfortable comfort-able quarters That the present building build-ing of tho new school house In the Filth ward may be properly pushed to final completion the people of that ward can do no better thin to return Mr. McLaughlin A.
