Show Qpings at Hyde Park IIvde Pa uk, May 2 The iirst dance I for the children since New Year's day was given yesterday afternoon. The little ones seemed to enjoy it lm- racnsely. Tlio adults also danced In the evening. The attendance was good, considering the fact that the dancing season Is about over. The school dramatic company went ItoRcnsonward one night last week and played "Cast on the World" to a fair sled audience. Over $14 was realised from the play. .James S. Hancey Is woiking in Smlthticld. M. L. Hill, of Log.ui, is again In our midst putting down paved walks. Mr. lllllls a good worknan, docs a neat job and gives general satisfaction. He has done all of the work of that' kind thus far In our town. The homes he has been beautifying lately are those of William Ralls, Frank C. Lee, Peter Nielsen and Joseph Waltc. Others may follow suit. Two slstersof our townsman, Thos. Richaids, arrived here from New York Saturday. It Is rumored here that Mr. Richaids desires to sell his farm and leave Hi tie Park. |
