The case in which Emma Jensen Jen-sen charges President Isaac Smith and wife with calling her names and Willie Smith with being the father of her child, was heard be- fare a cnurch court coueising of Apostles Anthon H. Ldndand M. F. Cowley. President Smith and wife and their son vigorously denied the charges. Aaron C. Ja-cobson Ja-cobson acted as the girl's attorney and introduced evidence iu her behalf, be-half, while President Smith introduced intro-duced testimony showing the girl was given to falsifying and that her charges were unworthy of credence.
