Nov. 14, 21, 28, 1974 NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change water in Iron County throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Locations in SLB & M. a-8112 (71-3271) Ray Thomas Enterprises, Inc., 410 East Sahara Avenue, Las Vegas, Nev. 89104, proposes to change the point of diversion, place and nature of use of 2.0 ac. ft. of water out. of a total of 80.0 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by a portion of a-7781 (71-3228). The water has been diverted from two wells at points: (1) N. 80ft. and E. 1360 ft. from SW Cor.; (2) N. 80 ft. and E. 100 ft. from SE Cor. both Sec. 32, T34S, RlCW; and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of 20 acs. in SW'SW Sec. 32, T34S, RlfiW. Hereafter, 2.0 ac. ft. of water out of a total of 80.0 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from an 8-10 8-10 inch well, 150 ft. deep at a point N. 2509 ft. and W. 2503 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 25, T34S, R17W; and used for domestic purposes of one lamily; and used from Apr. 15 to Oct. 31 for the supplemental irrigation of 0.32 acs. but limited to the sole supply of 0.30175 acs. in NW'tSEU Sec. 25, T34S, R17W. 1 a 8113 (71-3272) Solon O. The water has been diverted from an existing well at a point N. 40 ft. and E. 70 ft. from SW Cor. sec. 3. T35S, R17W; and used from Apr. 1 to Sept. 30 for stockwatering of 1100 sheep; and used from Apr. 1 to Sept. 30 for the irrigation of 87.10 acs. in SWU Sec. 3, T35S, R17W. Hereafter, 8.0 ac. ft. of water out of a total of 354.56 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from an existing 8-inch well, 210 ft. deep at a point N. 710 ft. and W. 1240 ft. from E'4 Cor.
