Liebhardt of Cedar City, district circulation manager man-ager for Newspaper Agency Corporation, has been elected to the board of directors of the Utah Heart Association. Announcement of his election elec-tion was made by Dr. Alan F. Toronto of Salt Lake Cty, as-scciation as-scciation president. "Mr. Liebhardt has been an enthusiastic Heart Association volunteer worker in Irin Coun-ty, Coun-ty, and has served as Iron County fund chairman for the past two years," Dr. Toronto said. Mr. Liebhardt will start his three-year term on the beard on July 1. As a board member, Mr. Liebhardt will be involved in the association's educational and fund-raising programs for the Iron County area. In accepting the Heart As-sociation As-sociation post, Mr. Liebhardt commented, "Heart research in Utah is rated among the foremost in the world. More than $140,000 of Heart Fund contributions were spent In Utah on research in heart disease, dis-ease, the nation's No. 1 killer.
