Show Programs on Stress aired on KGSU-FM Stress is mostly a matter of perception, and getting rid of it can be as simple -- or as difficult -- as altering one's view of a threatening situation, a University of Texas panel says. The first of two programs dealing with stress, what it is and what can be done about it, will be aired Sunday Sun-day at 5 p.m. over KGSU-FM, KGSU-FM, the Southern Utah State College owned and operated radio station. The second program will be aired April 8. Both programs on stress are part of a weekly national broadcast, "The Next 200 Years," which is co-produced co-produced by the University of Texas and Information Service and KUT-FM, the university's public radio station. "The series is based on realistic ' , projections about the developments and problems in science and techn ology, agriculture, and other facets of life which we will not likely encounter in the next 200 years," Lance Jackson, KGSU-FM technician says. Each half-hour program is broadcast as a public service ser-vice over the SUSC station, which is located at 90.1 megahertz on the radio dial. |
