Marva Esplin of the Iron County Extension Ex-tension service presents award to Edith Hunt of Beryl for 30 years of 4-H Club service. The award is made through the State Farm Bureau. 4-H lauds Mrs. Hunt for 30 years service For 30 years, Edith Hunt of Beryl in Iron County has been lauding the merits of 4-H. She has served that many years on the county 4-H council and has guided members in clothing, foods and home improvement projects. She has always been willing to lend support wherever needed. Edith appreciates very much the support her husband, William, has given her in 4-H endeavors. Their nine children have been active 4-H'ers too. Edith has held many major positions of responsibility in her church and has been active in the PTA and women's Club. She is a skilled painter, decorates wedding cakes and is an excellent ex-cellent cook. Edith seeks for opportunities to help others. Though she is a bit modest about her accomplishments, we know she deserves this award. |
