Show NOTICE OF MEETINGS OF TKE BOARD OF EQUALIZATION EQUALIZA-TION AND REVIEW FOR SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT DIS-TRICT NO. 1 OF CEDAR CITY, UTAH. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the construction of improvements im-provements in Special Improvement Im-provement District No. 1 for Cedar City, Utah, consisting of construction of sanitary sewer lines and other appurtenant work has now been completed and that five members of the City Council of Cedar City, Utah, have been duly appointed appoint-ed to act as the Board of Equalization and Review on the special assessment tax proposed to be levied on the property within said Special Inwrovament District; and NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN GIV-EN that the assessment list for property in said District subject to the proposed tax, setting forth the assessment proposed to be levied against each particular property therein, there-in, has heen completed and is available for examination at the Office of the City Recorder Record-er of Cedar City, Utah. The Board of Equalization and Re-view- will meet in. th City Council Chamlbers, City Office Building of Cedar City, Utah, on May 23, 24, and 25, 1972 and will remain in session ses-sion on each of said dates between be-tween the hours of 7 o'clock p.m. and 8 o'clock p.m. to hear and- consider any objections from any person who believes himself to be aggrieved by the proposed assessments and to make such corrections to the proposed assessments as the Board may deem just and equitaible. The assessment list shall be available for public, inspection inspec-tion during regular business hours at the Office of the City Recorder of Cedar City, Utah, from the date of this Notice to and Including the dates specified for said hearings. The boundaries of Special Improvement District No. 1 are as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of the Intersection of Main Street and 300 West in Cedar City, Utah. Running thence Southwesterly along the Northwesterly side of Main Street to a point which Is aipiproxtanately South 34 degrees 07 mln. East 1254.50 ft. from the N. W. corner S.W. N. E. y4 Sec. 22 T36S RllW SLB&M. Thence So. 400 ft. more or less to the existing City Limits thence Northeasterly Northeast-erly along existing City Limits Lim-its lino to S. W. corner N. W. N. W. Vi. Sec. 23 T36S RUW SLB&M. Thence North to the South PL Green Street. Thence East along South PL Green Street to East PL Spruce Street. The nee Northerly along East PL Spruee Street to Paradisei Canyon Road. Thence Northeasterly along South PL Paradise Canyon Road .to Intersection Sunset Drive. Thence North to point of beginning. The property affected by or specially benefited by such improvements and upon which a special tax will be Imposed to pay for the cost of the improvements im-provements now completed fronts upon, abuts upon, or Is adjacent to the following streets: Main Street South from 300 West access to Clemont Neil-son Neil-son North property line.
