Show Kindergarten registration extended in Iron County A second registration date for children planning to enter the Iron County School District Dis-trict kindergarten program has been announced because it was felt that many children child-ren planning to enter Kindergarten Kinder-garten next fall did not register regis-ter on the previously announced announ-ced dates. The registration day will be Friday, May 5 at the North Elementary School from 2 to 4:30 p.m. The registration is for all children planning to enter Kindergarten next, fall, regardless o f which school they will enter. It is felt that enough children child-ren were not registered that it -could mean the difference of setting up another Kinder-garten Kinder-garten class for the next school year. If the registration is not completed on the May 5 date the anticipated new class will not be scheduled and it could create problems at the beginnig of the fall school year. , . Parents who previously registered re-gistered their children should not be concerned with the additional ad-ditional registration date The date has been established only for the purpose of allowing al-lowing registration for those who did not register at that time. . . Parents should ' bring the child and his legal birth cer: tificate. At the registration an examination for (am!bliopia (lazy eye) will be given. Parents are also reminded that it will also be necessary for children to have a physical examination before school begins. be-gins.
