Show UNITED STATES Department of The Interior Bureau of Land Management PUBLIC SALE Under the provisions of 43 U.S.C. 1431 and 43 CFR 2785, there will be offered to the highest bidder, but at not less than the appraised value, at a public sale to be held at 2:00 p.m., local time on Tuesday, the 18th day of April, 1972, at the Utah State Office, Bur-eau Bur-eau of. Land Management, Room 8103 Federal Building, 125 South State Street, Salt Lake City, Utah, the following follow-ing tract of land: DESCRIPTION: SESW. SESWy. S14SEHSE14SWU, S'.iSW!4SE, Sec. 27, T. 36 S., R. 13 W., SLM, Utah. ACRES: 27.5. APPRAISED VALUE: $1760. COST OF PUBLICANTION: $91.50. No bid will be accepted for less than the appraised value from any party except Dee LaVoy Woolsey who will be allowed a credit of $200 for the values added to .these land by him or his predecessors predeces-sors in interest. All bids must include the cost of publication publica-tion noted above; if the bidder bid-der is the petitioner for sale, he will be required to pay such cost less any amount previously deposited toward publication costs. The land will be sold subject sub-ject to: Reservation to the Uunited States for rights-of-way for ditches and canals, oil and gas; also a condition that no junk yards or billboards bill-boards will be placed on the land and a right-of-way for public access for hunting. Bids may be made by the principal or his agent, either orally at the sale or by mail. Bids for a parcel must be for all the lands in the parcel. Bids sent by mail will be considered con-sidered only if received at. the Bureau of Land Management, P. O. Box 11505, Salt Lake City, Utah 84111, prior to 10:00 a.m. on April 18, 1972. Bids must be in sealed envelopes accompanied by certified checks, post office money or-ders, or-ders, bank drafts, or cashier's checks made payable to the Bureau of Land Management for the amounts of the bids, plus the publication costs shown above. The envelope must be marked in the lower left-handcorner, "Public Sale Bid, Serial No .U-14871, Sale Held April 18, 1972." The high-' est bidder at the sale will be required to pay immediately the amount thereof together with the cost of publication. Any adverse claimants of the above-described land should file their claims or objections, with the . undersigned on or before the time designated for sale. The Bureau of Land Management has not searched search-ed the county records to as-certain as-certain the existence of any adverse claims. Any contiguous contiguo-us owner claiming a preference pre-ference right must assert such right to the undesigned with-in with-in 30 days commencing on the day after the close of bidding and the announcement of the highest bid received. Within the 15-day period immediately immediate-ly following the end of the 30-day preference period, each 1 preference bidder must submit sub-mit proof that on the last day of the 30-day period, be was the owner of whole title In fee of the contiguous land. (43 CFR 2711.4.) However, continguous owners will not be able to assert their preference prefer-ence rights to any parcel for which bids are not received.
