Show New Fishing Rules Apply at Lake Powell I Juveniles who do not need a license may taken four bass and four trout on Lake Powell Pow-ell regardless of weight. A new recipdocal agreement established by the Utah and Arizona Fish and Game commissions com-missions for fishing on Lake Powell is now in effect and the fishing stamps are available avail-able at Lake Powell. May 1 was the effective date of the agreement. The fishing stamps will have an effective date of Jan. 1 to Dec-31 Dec-31 of each year. Under terms of the new agreement, a Utah resident will be able to fish in the Arizona portion of Lake Powell Pow-ell with his Utah license and a $1 Arizona Stamp. Arizona residents can fish the Utah part of Lake Powell with their Arizona license an a $3 Utah stamp. Utah nonresidents will be able to fish the Arizona portion por-tion of Lake Powell with a . Utah nonresident license and I a $2 Arizona stamp. j Arizona nonresidents can fish the Utah part of the lake with an Arizona nonresident license and a $4 Utah stamp.
