Show PROBLEMS WITH DOGS. Its too bad that the red color of blood, or raw flesh, does not show up in a black and white photograph such as the one above to illustrate more effectively the damage that is being done to sheep in the Cedar Valley by dogs that are on the loose at night. This prize ram was literally chewed up with bones exposed in the hind legs forcing the owner to destroy the ani mal, a valuable part of his operation. Iron County Sheriff Ira Schoppman has issued a warning to dog owners in Cedar City and surrounding areas that dogs loose in the valley, particularly particu-larly at night, will be destroyed in an attempt to eliminate this problem to livestock producers. The incidents are a common occurance each spring and dog owners are asked to cooperate by keeping their dogs tied up at night, j |
