Show Federal Land Banks of Cedar And Richfield Effect Merger Clark, Linclon Counties and : Coconino and Mohave Counties Coun-ties in Arizona. Wash-! ington County Court House in St. George on the fourth Mon- day of each month. Effective August 1 the Federal Fed-eral Land Bank Association of Cedar City merged with thee FLBA of Richfield. Directors of the association are Lindau Foremaster, St. George; Dale Pearson, Delta; J. Keller Christenson, Gunnison; John K. Olson, Ephraim and Mattel Anderson, Junction, Utah. The main office is at Richfield, Rich-field, with Wendell I. Anderson Ander-son as manager. Millard V. Owens is Assistant Manager and in charge of the operations at the Cedar City office. Mrs. Beth H. Coleman is Assistant to the Manager at the Richfield Rich-field office and Miss Ruth Ann Dalton is the Assistant to the Manager in the Cedar City office. of-fice. In line with the policy of greater responsibilities for the local Land Bank Associations and in an effort to give better service to the borrowers and prospective borrowers, Mr. Owens will make apraisals for the association. As a result of the merger, the Assocation of Richfield will have approximately 575 members with an outstanding volume of business in excess of SS,0U0,000. The area serviced ser-viced by this cooperative farmers farm-ers loaning association consists con-sists of the following counties coun-ties in Utah: Beaver, Emery, Garfield, Iron, Kane, Millard, Piute, Sanpete, Sevier, Wayne and Washington.
