Cedar City Youth Assigned To Submarine Training Scott Mackelprang, who has , been home on leave for the past three weeks after completing basic ba-sic training with the U. S. Navy in San Diego, has been assigned to submarine training with the Navy. Scott, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Dard Mackelprang, will report io New London, Conn., on May 26. 'i to enter the submarine training school. He spent 11 weeks at San Die-xo, Die-xo, before returning home on leave.
