Show AMENDED ORDINANCE AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR FORTY-THOUSAND ($40,-000.00) ($40,-000.00) DOLLARS OF REVENUE BONDS FOR CONSTRUCTION AND COMPLETION OF THE- -MUNICIPAL GOLF COURSE: WHEREAS, the said Municipal Corporation of Cedar City is the owner and holder of certain real, property sjiU chattels designed! and constructed for use as a. municipal golf course; and WHEREAS, said golf course-project course-project requires construction and completion work of an estimated cost and expense of approximately approximate-ly Forty Thousand ( $40,000.00 Dollars; and WHEREAS, it Is the desire and' intention of said Municipal Corporation Cor-poration and Its officers and agents to finance said Municipal Munici-pal Golf Course construction and completion cost and expensafrom and by a Municipal Golf jMurse-Revenue jMurse-Revenue Bond issue wherefiy and' whereUndcr said repayment of.' said funds shall be and is designed de-signed to" be solely and completely complete-ly from revenues derived and received re-ceived from the said municipal golf course and thereby keep and maintain said Revenue Bond Issue Is-sue repayment schedule separate and apart from general taxing, revenues; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED OR-DAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL. OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION CORPORA-TION OF CEDAR CITY, CEDAR CITY, UTAH: Section 1. That then Issuer! Forty Thousand ($40,000.00) Dollars Dol-lars of Municipal Golf Course Revenue Re-venue Bonds in Five Thousand: ($5,000.00) Dollars denominations: with said Revenue Bonds to- be placed for sale at the lowest reasonable rea-sonable Interest rate received by sealed bid from qualified pros- pective purchasers, both private; and corporate. Section 2. That raid rcpaycnC schedule for the aforesaid Municipal Muni-cipal Golf Course Revenue Bond., plus interest, be derived and received re-ceived from the fees and revenues reve-nues received from the said Municipal Mu-nicipal Golf Course and that said Municipal Golf Course Bond instrument in-strument clearly and completely I state and show such limitation! for repayment from Municipal Golf Course revenues. Section 3. The construction and completion of recreation facilities; being deemed necessary for health and recreational purposes; and the contents of this Ordinance Ordi-nance thereof being deemed am emergency, this Ordinance shall lake effect on the day of pubrtca-tion. pubrtca-tion.
