Show NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS Separate sealed bids for Mechanical Me-chanical Work, Electrical Work. Food Service Equipment and General Construction will be received re-ceived by the Board of Educa-Uon, Educa-Uon, Iron County School District, Dis-trict, for the Contraction of ADDITIONS AD-DITIONS AND ALTERATIONS TO THE E.S'P EIEMEv"r4Pv SCHOOL, Cedar City, Utah, and ADDITIONS AND ALTERATIONS TO THE NORTH ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, Cedar City. Utah. Bids for Mechanical Work, Electrical Work and Food Service Equipment will be received until I p.m. MST, Tuesday March 1, I960, at which time they will publicly opened and real aloud in the Offices of the board of Education, Iron County School District, Cedar City, Utah. Bids for General Construction will be received until 5 p.m., MST Tuesday, March 1, 1960. at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud in the offices of the Board of Education, Iron County School District, Cedar Ce-dar City, Utah. All bids shall be in accordance accord-ance with Drawings and Specifications Specifi-cations prepared by Gardner and Rasmussen, Architects, 173 South 300 West (P.O. Box 378), Cedar City, Utah. Contract Documents for bidding bid-ding purposes, may be obtained from the Architect upon deposit of $25.00 per set, refundable upon up-on return of the Documents, in good condition, within ten (10) days after the Bid Opening. Bids shall be accompanied by Bid Guarantee In the form of CERTIFIED or CASHIER'S CHECK in amount of not less than five per cent (5) of the Bid, made payable to the Board f Education, Iron County School District as evidence of good faith. Said check will be refunded upon up-on delivery of Contract Bond and signature of the Contract Should the Bidder fall to deliver Bond ir Sign Contract Mid Check shall become the property of the Board of Education.
