Show CSU Student Education Group Elects Officers Officers for 1961-62 of Utah Student Education Association at College of Southern Utah have been elected, it has been officially official-ly announced. Clinton Lytle, St. George, is the new president. He is a graduate of Dixie High School and of Dixie Junior College in St. George, and is a junior at CSU. He and wife Marleoe are parents of two daughters and live in Cedar City. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Ezra Ez-ra Lytle, St. George. The new secretary is Caroline Owens, also a junior at CSU. She is presently co-editor of the College Col-lege newspaper, THUNDEREIUD, and has worked with the Associated Associ-ated Women Students and the yearbook staff on campus. She is attendance secretary of the YW-MIA YW-MIA at the College Ward. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. D. Kern Owens, Panguitch. Bernett Baldwin has been appointed ap-pointed to serve on the state board of the Student Utah Education Edu-cation Association. A Junior at CSU, Mr. Baldwin is a member of the Drama Club and has participated partici-pated in three of the major drama productions on campus this year. He is past president of Lambda Delta Sigma Fraternity, and is presently a member. Very active in the LDS Church, he has served a mission to the Northern States, and presently teaches a Sunday School class arid the Priest Quorum in the Cedar Fourth Ward. All three are Elementary Education Edu-cation Majors. |
