Asay, along with other bands from region. I Region Ten Music Festival Hosted by Millard The annual Music Festival for Region Ten of the Utah High School Activities Association will be held at Fillmore on Saturday, May 6, It Is announced by L. N. Asay, music instructor at Parowan Paro-wan High School. On this day major musical ag- gregations from the high schools in Region Ten, Kanab, Hurricane, Dixie, Enterprise, Cedar City, Parowan, Par-owan, Beaver, Milford, Millard and Delta high schools will gather ga-ther to participate in varied contests. con-tests. These include playing, maneuvering by bands and playing play-ing and singing by orchestras and choral groups. Mr. Asay has been working Ms entries, the high school band and girls' chorus, hard for several sev-eral weeks in preparation for this big annual event. He states that he can't announce the time when the local aggregation will participate, parti-cipate, as a drawing for time of appearance will be had after they arrive in Fillmore.
