Show Installation Rites Observed By Local Kiwanians Newly elected officers of the Cedar City Klwanis Club were Installed at an Impressive meeting meet-ing held at Hotel EI Escalante Monday evening. Robert Heyborne, lieutenant governor of the Utah-Idaho District Dis-trict and first president of the Cedar City club, conducted the Installation and addressed the Cedar City members and their wives. Outgoing vice president Is Burns Sherratt and Bex Harris relinquished the Job of secretary alter a two year stint. In his address to the newly elected officers Lt Governor Ileyborne drew a parrallel between be-tween a ship and the club. He Indicated that the officers were responsible for the ship and the newly adopted theme of Kiwanls International, "Integrity, Leadership Lead-ership and Ability." served as an mt present northern star, to guide the ship. Ileyborne also asked for the, .guidance of the Cedar City club. In making the newly establish-1 ed Division No. 7 a success. At the U-I District convention held In Cedar City the new division! was established and Ileyborne was elected at lieutenant gover-, nor to serve the new division. Previously the Cedar City club was a member of Division No. 1. Also at the meeting the new officers of the Klwanl-Anns were introduced by president Mrs. Tim Clove.
