Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change the water in Iron County, State of Utah, throughout the entire year unless un-less otherwise designated. All locations are In SLB&M. a-3294 Floyd Beklns, 301 Copa De Oro Rd., Los Angeles 24, California, proposes to change the point of diversion of 4 sec. ft of water initiated by Application Applica-tion No. 16860 Water Users Claim No. 1378, Escalante Valley Proposed Determination of Water Wa-ter Rights. The water was to have been used from a well at a point N. 1350 ft. and E. 1100 ft from SW Cor. Sec. 3, T36S, R16W, and used from April 1 to Oct. 1 to irrigate 320 acres in NV4SWU, Lots 5, 6. 11, 12. 13, 14, IP, 20. 21, 22, said Sec. 3, and fr year-round year-round incidental domestic purposes pur-poses and for watering of 200 cattle and 2000 sheep. Hereafter it Is proposed to divert di-vert 4 sec. ft. from a 20-ln. well, 209 ft deep at a point N. 1350 ft. and E. 1350 ft. from SV Cor. Sec. 3, T36S, R16W. The water is to be used during the same period per-iod and for the same purposes as heretofore in NHSWK, Lots 13, 14, 19 to 22 incl., said Sec 3. a-3295 Floyd R. Hereafter, it Is proposed to divert di-vert 1.333 sec. ft from a 20-ln. well, 214 ft. deep at a point N. 630 ft and W 50 f t from SK Cor. Sec. 7, T36S, R15W. The water was to have been used from a well at a point N. 50 ft. and E. 2539 ft. from Wt4 Cor. Sec. 29, T35S. R16W, and used from Apr. 1 to Nov. 15 to Irrigate Irri-gate 80 acres in SttNW4 said Sec. 29. Hereafter, It Is proposed to divert di-vert 3 sec. ft from a 20-ln. well, 214 ft deep at a point N. 160 ft and W. 220 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 11, T36S, R16W. The water is to be used during the sama period and for the same purposes as heretofore In SE said Sec. 11. a -3598 Lane V. Moyle, Beryl. Ut. proposes to change the polht of diversion and place of use of .111 sec. ft of water as evidenced evidenc-ed by Segregation Application No. 14523-a. The water was to have been diverted from a well at a point S. 510 ft. and E. 68 ft. from NK Cor. Sec. 12. T35S. R17W, and used from Apr. 1 to Nov. 1 as a partial supply to irrigate 162 acres In NEVi said Sec. 12. Hereafter, It Is proposed to divert di-vert .111 sec. ft. from a 16-ln. well, 220 ft deep at a point N 1370 ft. and E. 290 ft from S Cor. Sec. 6, T35S, R16W. The wa- ter is to be used during the same period as heretofore and to Irrigate Irri-gate 6 acres in Eli said Sec. 6. a-3623 Lillian S. Clark, Cedar Ce-dar City, Ut. proposes to change the point of diversion of 4 sec-ft sec-ft of water initiated by Application Appli-cation No. 15652 Water Users Claim No. 987 Cedar City Valley Proposed Determination of water rights. The water was to have been used from a well at a point S. 385 ft. and E 1300 ft. from N Cor. Sec. 4, T35S, R11W, and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 1 to Irrigate 720 acres in NWViNEVi. NEK-NW NEK-NW Sec. 4. T35S, R11W; SWK Sec. 27, EttNEK, EttSWK, SEM. Sec. 33. NW14 Sec. 34. Whitelaw, Beryl, Ut proposes to change the point of diversion and place of use of 5 sec. ft of water initiated init-iated by Application No. 16421 Water Users Claim No. 944, Escalante Es-calante Valley Proposed Determination Deter-mination of water rights. The water was to have been used from a well at a point N. 30 ft and E. 1350 ft. from Wtt Cor. Sec. 16, T36S, R16W, and from Mar. 1 to Oct. 31 to irrigate 160 acres in NEK Sec. 16, T36S, R16W. Hereafter, it la proposed to dl-v;.t dl-v;.t 5 ec. ft from a 16-ln. well. 19S ft deep at a point S. 2663.7 ft and E. 67 ft from NW Cor. Sec. 31, T35S, R16W, and used during the same period as heretofore, here-tofore, as a supplemental supply to irrigate 335.82 acres In WH-NWV4 WH-NWV4 Sec 31, T35S, R16W, NH Sec. 36, T35S, R17W. a-3635 Columbia Iron Mining Min-ing Co., P. O. Box 851, Cedar City, Ut. proposes to change the point of diversion of .147 sec. ft. Initiated by Application No. 20768. The water was formerly diverted from a well at a point S. 940 ft. from N Cor. See. 2. T36S, R13W, and used for churn drilling, dust settling, motor and compressor cooling, domestic and other miscellaneous purposes in a garage, shop crusher building, office and change house in Sees 1, 2, T36S, R13W. Hereafter, it Is proposed to divert di-vert .147 sec. ft from an existing 8-in well, 700 ft deep at a point S. 19'23'25" W. 2254 ft. from NE Ccr. Sec. 11, T36S, R13W, and usod during the same period and for the same purposes as heretofore. here-tofore. Pro-lests resittng the granting of any of the foregoing applications applica-tions with reasons therefor, must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 403 State Capital, Salt Lake City 14, Utah, on or before be-fore February 20, 1960.
