Show Seth Hooper, 70, Dies of Heart Attack Seth Harper, 70, of Ogden, son-in-law of Mrs. Maude Matheson of Cedar City, died Wednesday, Jan. 13, at his home of heart ail ment He had suffered with a heart ailment for some time but was about his regular duties and died suddenly. Mr. Parker was born Dec. 24, 1889, In Manchester, England, a son of John and Mary Elizabeth Holding Harper. He graduated from the Manchester School of Music and was engaged as a music teacher at the time of his death. On July 28, 1921, he married Ianthe Matheson of Cedat City I in the Salt Lake Temple. I He is survived by his widow; three daughters, Mrs. DaWayne Schmutz, Salt Lake City; Mrs. Rudy Rodarte, Reno, Nev., and Mrs. Richard Llu'jrreen, Ogden; nine grandchildren, three brothers and two siste.s.
