Show Utah Savings Bonds Sales Top Last Year Utahns continued to purchase U. S. Savings Bonds in March at a faster rate than a year ago, according to State Bonds Chairman Chair-man Frederick P. Betenson, manager, First Security Bank at Cedar City, Ci-ty, and county bonds chairman "Of the state's March sales total to-tal of $1,696,676, Iron County's share was reported at $6,247, bringing our three-months' sales to $22,613, or 26.6 of the year's goal," he noted.
